Consultation Terms and Conditions

1. All quoted Prices are in US Dollars and good for THIRTY (30) minutes only;
2. Paypal is preferred payment mode, can also pay using credit card using Paypal;
3. For other payment methods, like GCash, click on OTHER PAYMENT METHOD;
4. Available Regular Days – Monday to Fridays closed on weekends and holidays;
5. Available Regular Times are 8:30 A.M. to 11:30AM and 1:30PM to 4:30 P.M. (GMT +8 Time Zone);
6. Other dates and times available upon Special Arrangement, custom amount will be entered in the Special Arrangement Service Page;
7. Customer will choose preferred available dates and times which will be finalized by lawyer after payment;
8. Paid but unutilized session or appointment will be forfeited unless there is at least 48 hours day prior notice, any unused time or credit cannot be used again;
9. Lawyer reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule session in case of prior appointments or engagements, personal emergency, natural calamity or technical difficulties
10. In case of Paragraph 8 or 9, Customers are allowed one (1) re-scheduling based on the availability of the Lawyer.
11. All payments made are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-convertible.
